OUR PROCESS
• The
Initial Stage - P. Jason
King Executive Search learns about our client's organization
- their history, culture, disciplines, operations and needs - and the
scope of the assignment. We define each assignment clearly in writing,
including the timeframe and anticipated fees and expenses.
• Research
and Sourcing - P. Jason
King Executive Search and our client agree upon the
specific definition of the position and the attributes of the desired
candidate. We review our data sources, including our proprietary database.
We analyze target industries.
• Interview
and Evaluation - Our research and sourcing efforts identify
the best candidates. We reference check, then interview them to determine
their level of interest, and evaluate their qualifications and personal
suitability. The initial interview usually takes several hours. During
this period, we never reveal who our client is.
• Candidate
Assessments and Recommendations – We submit only
those candidates deemed most appropriate for the position. P.
Jason King Executive Search will submit assessments
detailing the candidates' business expertise and experience, as well
as our appraisal of their fit within the parameters of the position.
(All reference checks have been completed before our client sees candidates.)
• Client
Interviews - We work as an extension of your in-house
HR Department in scheduling mutually convenient meetings between you,
our client, and each candidate. We work with your travel department
to set-up arrangements and coordinate reimbursement of travel expenses.
After each interview, the P. Jason King
Executive Search Consultant contacts both you and the
candidates for feedback.
Summary - When our client
makes a clear choice and extends an offer to the candidate, P.
Jason King Executive Search navigates the final steps
in the search process, to include assisting in the negotiation process.
We can assist in structuring the compensation package, if the client
wishes.

CANDIDATE DATABASE
Our Candidate Database is extensive and grows on the average of 10,000
new candidates per month. We receive applications/résumés
from every country in the world. It is apparent that not everyone is
placeable, or interested in every contracted search we have. Our database
allows us to search on any criteria our clients wish. In fact, we insist
our Company Clients create a “Wish List” and this becomes
our first search criteria.
